We ship to all 50 states in the United States. Orders over $2,000 qualify for free shipping. All other orders are charged a flat shipping rate based on the item's size and weight.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
All packages are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, boxed, and insured for the full purchase price. Every order includes a handwritten thank-you note from our team.
3–5 business days after processing. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Available at checkout for an additional fee. 1–2 business day delivery after processing.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as shipped. Final sale items are clearly marked.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@backontherockwardrobe.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" on their product page are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
